PrimeZ Boosting collects mandatory data necessary for providing escrow accounts, facilitating chat logs, and resolving disputes. This includes external IDs (such as Discord handles or Riot IDs) exclusively provided by the user.

2. Financial Information

We route payments through secure API gateways (e.g., Kashier, PayPal, Stripe). PrimeZ does not store bare credit card numbers or sensitive banking keys on our primary database shards.

3. Real-Time Chat Data

Order chat history between Boosters and Clients is securely stored for 90 days primarily for safety, auditing, and dispute resolution models. Support ticket attachments are encrypted at rest.
